We continue to provide high-quality service, verifying the safety of our clients and the functionality of their electrical systems. We work with small commercial tenant finishes, residential homeowners, high-end residential remodels, new construction and more. Our trained electricians meet Missouri standards to provide safe and high-quality work. The Exceptional Electrician team also consists of master and journeyman electricians who can determine the cause of electrical problems and fix it properly.

Jaime came and listened to my needs. He took some pictures of what needed to be done. He is working on a quote and I should receive an email on Monday or Tuesday.

Brian Redd arrived at the start of the 2 hour service window. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch within 10 minutes, replaced the switch and then verified the repair within 30 minutes.A job well done!!

Absolutely AMAZING! Mr Redd was very prompt, courteous, and very patient. He wasn’t bothered by my animal (he was crated but being a brat) which i greatly appreciate. I hired Exceptional Electric to install a ceiling fan (replacing old) and run a number of highspeed networking wires in my home. It took a few days doe to the data runs routing them up a wall thru the attic then down another wall and into the basement where I manage the end points.I am very happy with the work done.

Jamie let me know what steps needed to be done to replace the clothes dryer electric cord, and the clothes dryer electric box. He assured me there was no damage to the main electrical system. He replaced the box and added a shorter electrical cord to the box. He went to a store to purchase an electrical cord the the clothes dryer, and replaced it it one visit.He made sure I tested the dryer (turn it on) to ensure it was working. Yes, the clothes dryer is working.Thank you, Jamie.

We've had Exceptional Electric to our house a few times now, each time Jamie has been the technician. The pricing for each job has been upfront and reasonable, and Jamie has done great work. I especially appreciate that he takes the time to explain the why behind what he's doing/why we're having issues. We'll definitely use Exceptional again!

We will be calling them again. The boss is running some great techs. Service has been rough most places post covid but these guys are leading the charge!
